‘This has been an amazing opportunity to showcase the resilience of a community confronted by gang violence. Education, discipline and perseverance is the tool to turn the tide against crime and to lead by example. The grand finale was not only about competition, but also served as motivation for others to follow and that our enforcement agencies together with the communities can build a united front against crime,’ said Mayoral Committee Member for Safety and Security, Alderman JP Smith.
