Standard Bank Polokwane Library Gardens opens its doors to public for seamless access

Creating easy access to banking facilities is at the core of Standard Bank’s existence, it is with this objective in mind that the new Polokwane Library Gardens was officially opened on Monday in the Polokwane town, at Shop S004/5A, Library Gardens Complex, in Polokwane.

“Moving from the Polokwane Square branch, this new location is set to bring even closer the needs and service delivery of consumers. We aim to bridge the current banking gap in the town, bringing with it a range of services to meet most banking needs for consumers. Now, people won’t need to travel as far when it comes to banking; instead, they can get everything done at the kiosk easily”, stated Bob Malatji, Head of Consumer Clients, Limpopo South Coverage.

With dedicated consultants, Standard Bank customers can use the kiosk for general banking queries, as well as sign up for products like MyMo, Young Professionals, MyMo BIZ, Instant Money, Pure Save and Flexi Funeral Cover. They can also access business banking, home loan applications as well as credit card applications and more, whilst still making use of our App which is the 24/7 branch in the palm of their hands. The self-service options that come with the kiosk are ideal for people who cannot access the Standard Bank app to complete transactions.

The opening of the kiosk shows that Standard Bank is dedicated to providing quality service to their clients, regardless of where they are – just one of many ways that communities like Polokwane will benefit from the bank’s innovative offerings.
