SOKO District starts new year by pulling up their socks and leading by example

It’s a new year filled with opportunities to make a positive impact in your community! SOKO District in Rosebank Mall is walking the talk with their #LoveLocal campaign to SUPPORT OUR KIDS OUT THERE.

SOKO District’s goal is to fill a need which is often overlooked. A lot of initiatives are focusing on the supply of school shoes, school bags and stationery; whereas SOKO District has decided to focus on an item that is often overlooked and easily forgotten but is essential to a learner – SOCKS!

For every R300 spent at SOKO District, you will help donate school socks to a child in need.

But that’s not all… SOKO District will also acknowledge those who make this charity drive a success. As a thank you for supporting local, shoppers who qualify will receive an eco-friendly, reusable shopping bag when they spend R300 or more.

This initiative is in line with the SOKO District brand philosophy: “SOKO District is a platform that enables purpose-driven brands to create meaningful connections with their customers,” explains Danielle Hattingh, Head of Marketing for SOKO District.

You’ll find the first SOKO District located in the bustling heart of Jozi at Rosebank Mall, 50 Bath Ave, Rosebank. For more information visit the SOKO District website or watch the launch video here: https://youtu.be/9udCS_7EMPM
