South Africa’s first biodegradable cup to launch in May

Luvuyo Ndiki founder of the  Red Cup Village will be the very first cup manufacturer and retailer to introduce biodegradable drinking cups made from sugar cane and corn starch into the South African market.
The entrepreneur has stated how honoured he is to be making a difference in the environment but also to be building a business that will see more employment opportunities for the youth in the next few years.
According to Ndiki ,the cup will be launched nationwide in May  2019. ” If we receive enough funding from corporates in South Africa and the government, we will be able to launch nationwide.” said Ndiki.
“I would really like to speak to the President of South Africa, so that we could look at opening up more opportunities within the international market , because I think that is the information most needed by young entrepreneurs at the moment.” he concluded
The Red Cup Village is a lifestyle agency that looks to empower and expose the youth to a lifestyle of unity, friendship, discovery and of realising potential.
