Continental Tyre SA Certified Top Employer 2026

Continental Tyre South Africa (CTSA) has been certified as a Top Employer for 2026 by the internationally recognised Top Employers Institute, reinforcing the company’s long-term commitment to people development, responsible workplace practices and sustainable organisational growth.

The Top Employers Institute evaluates organisations on key human capital and ESG-aligned criteria, including leadership development, employee wellbeing, learning and skills development, diversity and inclusion, and the continuous improvement of people-centred processes. CTSA’s recertification reflects its ongoing focus on building a supportive, inclusive and high-performance work environment.

Richenda Koeberg, TMOD Manager at Continental Tyre South Africa, said the recognition highlights the collective effort across the organisation to place people at the centre of business success.

“A workplace where employees feel supported, valued and heard creates the foundation for sustainable performance. This certification reflects our commitment to meaningful development opportunities, capable leadership and a culture that prioritises wellbeing and inclusion,” Koeberg said.

Continental Tyre South Africa continues to invest in its workforce through targeted training programmes, leadership development initiatives and strong internal partnerships designed to strengthen skills, improve employee engagement and support long-term career growth.

By actively engaging employees and responding to their insights, the company continues to refine people practices that build social capital, strengthen its talent pipeline and enhance leadership capability across the organisation. These efforts contribute not only to business resilience but also to broader economic and social sustainability within the manufacturing and automotive sector.

The 2026 Top Employer certification further positions Continental Tyre South Africa as an employer of choice and highlights how responsible people practices can deliver shared value for employees, the business and the wider economy.
