A viral video titled Paprika World Video is bringing the world together, with its main theme being ‘Let us be together’.The dance video is delivering smiles to people around the world.
Paprika World Video is compiled with groups of children from 27 countries, including South Africa. The aim of the video is to offer much-needed light relief and a message of hope amid the Covid-19 pandemic. Ace choreographer, Ashley Lobo has urged dancers across the country to keep the passion alive during the coronavirus lockdown. He says it”s important to acknowledge how dance can lift spirits during these tough times.
“The world is dealing with something larger than life and it”s important to acknowledge how dance can lift spirits during these tough times. The virtual space has served us well and is becoming more than just a solution to creatively connect with people across the globe,” said Lobo.
The artist behind the hit song used in the video is Japanese Singer, Kenshi Yonezu. The video has had millions of views.
