The purpose of the learning programme is to improve and uplift service standards and product knowledge using powerful online learning with measurable training outcomes. The Lobster Ink education platform is easily accessible and focuses on the delivery of detailed courses that are on par with international skills, standards and product knowledge.
The web-based learning platform that will support and promote workplace skills development and training. Employees will now have have unlimited access to modules that cover a vast range of topics and specialities, including front office, food and beverage management, housekeeping, and health and safety.

A series of short videos are available, which provide essential knowledge about the many aspects of a successful hospitality business.
