Mapuma challenges the youth.

25 year old Phumelela Mapuma, founder of Reign in prosperity says she will stop at nothing as she continues to inspire and help her community.

The Eastern Cape born and  bred lady continues to raise the youth flag with her outreach program that focuses on developing the community. Phumelela understands the social cries that can be faced by anyone in a community as she also grew up as a victim of tears.

Reign in prosperity was created after Phumelela realised the need to provide emotional support to her community. The main goal is mending up cracks of broken hearted souls in the community. A number of people supported the program and have been working hand in glove with Phumelela to make her dream a success.

After hearing her program on radio, Phumelela took to the media that she believed in the future, “I believe in a better tomorrow and a result will be yielded when positive effort is put in by everyone.”

The young visionary has also opened a toiletry campaign drive where she gives out toiletries, clothes and food to schools with children who come from less fortunate families. She wants to see Reign in prosperity changing lives of people in the community.

Phumulela is also working with various organisations that focus on rehabilitating and mending walls in crime, drugs, alcohol abuse and teenage pregnancy situations. This has been achieved by offering peer counselling to children and having motivational talks in schools. She believes that  too much talent is being hidden in the community with no one to shed light.
