Free Covid-19 training for workplace safety

Following President Cyril Ramaphosa’s announcement that the country would be moving to level 1 of the national lockdown, employees are returning back to the offices but the threat of contracting Covid-19 has not deceased. To prevent the spread of the virus, IAcademy is offering a free online course that enables management and staff to update safety plans to address the specific exposure risks, routes of transmission and other unique characteristics of Covid-19.

The online training module specifies requirements to implement, maintain, and improve an organisation’s ability to protect against, prepare for, respond to and recover from Covid-19 related disruptions, when they arise. The training is made up of 12 lessons covering 12 topics, ending with a quiz and a multiple choice answer assessment, demonstrating compliance.

“We have made this course free because we believe that corporate South Africa needs the information and no price can be placed on the health of the workforce during these troubled economic times. The free course offer is valid for the next three months and could prove essential as a training tool during the holiday season,” concludes Roelofse,” said Lee Roelofse, CEO of Infinity Academy.
