Infographic: World Blood Donor Day

June 14 is observed as World Blood Donor Day. Each year, the day is used to highlight the need to maintain a stable supply of healthy, safe blood and blood products – and encourage people to become regular donors. The day is also an opportunity to thank volunteers whose blood donations continue to save and enhance the lives of many people.
