UCT makes move away from traditional learning environments

A new lab has been launched at the University of Cape Town in a bid to forge a closer relationship between universities, students and the business sector.

SAP Next-Gen has launched the lab which takes on non- traditional approaches to the classroom environment.

Manager at Enterprise System Education for Africa, Gwamaka Mwalemba, says the intention is to start creating more spaces on campus that are different from the typical lecture room or computer labs.

…rather a space where students can go and explore their creativity and imagine, dream about things and then work in realising those dreams.
