Pearson Institute supports strong carrier outcomes, this is embedded in the student’s curricula, experience, support and various employability programmes. “I gained invaluable skills at PIHE, which I implement in my everyday life. As a registered counsellor employed at ICAS Southern Africa, Xia looks back on her student life and says students were treated as individuals rather than a student number. Lecturers didn’t just hand out textbooks, but instead offered practical assignments, field trips and brought in guest speakers.  Abnormal Psychology, Psychopathology, Neuro Psychology, Personality Theories, Individual Psychology and Ethics were among some of Xia’s favourite subjects while studying at PIHE.
