The Landile Shembe Foundation and Clientèle partners to empower the Shembe community

The Landile Shembe Foundation has partnered with leading financial services provider Clientèle to empower the lives of the wider Shembe community of the Nazareth Baptist Church, through customised Clientèle funeral products and services.

With the support and blessings of the Nazareth Church leaders as a whole, this initiative aims to explore empowerment and product opportunities which will make a difference to the Shembe community now and well into the future.

“Partnerships is one way that we can play a broader role in serving the community and ensuring that the needs of women and youth participation are met. Such partnerships can also assist us in addressing challenges and empowering communities to have places of worship. In this way, the teachings of Prophet Isaiah Shembe are reflected in practical action,” explains Landile Shembe, Founder: Landile Shembe Foundation.

These funeral products, namely the Ultimate Dignity Plan and Funeral Dignity Plan, have been customised for Amanazaretha and its residing communities which will assist their families (up to 13 family members) during their time of need.

Basil Reekie, Clientèle Managing Director, says “Through this partnership with the Landile Shembe Foundation, Clientèle will help ensure that the organisation’s members receive valuable insurance products while uplifting the lives of the Amanazaretha. “

Additionally, the Landile Shembe Foundation has committed a share of the profits made by the Foundation to be invested back into the Nazareth Baptist Church community, enabling them to grow and develop a legacy for the Amanazaretha.
