Sasko wraps up the Siyasizana play better campaign with more winners announced.

We are pleased to announce the beneficiaries of the Sasko Siyasizana Better Quality Play initiative. The initiative aimed at positively impacting over five million South African Children at Day care centres and Primary schools, recognizes and rewards schools and daycares that have been nominated to receive a new or revamped playground from Sasko to enable the institutions to provide Better-Quality Play experiences for children.

Sasko Siyasizana, a leading advocacy campaign focused on child development and well-being through Better Quality Play will continue its quest to positively impact five million children by 20230 through Better Quality Play. The initiative aimed at creating awareness about the importance of positive play in a child’s development and well-being, and to encourage parents, caregivers, and educators to provide better quality play experiences for children. The campaign also aims to inspire communities to come together in support of this cause by nominating their local day care centres or primary schools for a new or revamped playground from Sasko.

  • New Beginnings Daycare

  • Khanya Daycare

 

These winners have shown exceptional dedication and commitment to creating a nurturing and engaging play environment for children. The Sasko Siyasizana Better Quality Play competition recognizes their efforts in providing children with the opportunity to learn, grow, and thrive through play.

We extend our heartfelt congratulations to all the winners of the Sasko Siyasizana Better Quality Play competition. Your dedication to quality play experiences sets a commendable example for other educational institutions and daycares to follow.

The campaign officially closed on the 30 April 2024. As our slogan says, “People Who care, makes things better”, we would like to thank all the South African’s who touched the lives of children one loaf of bread at a time.
