Joburg Mall offers ballet classes for kids that have lost out due to COVID-19

The Fourways Mall is offering safe physical distanced Ballet classes to kids who have lost their extra-mural activities due to COVID. The initiative was designed to help vulnerable families, the arts and young ballet dancers who cannot work right now.

The Mall has partnered with Mzansi Ballet and CuDanSA to bring you and your little ones professional, fun and safe ballet lessons, for boys and girls every Saturday, starting on the 6th of March. The mall will be hosting a series of classes for different age groups.

Tickets cost R20 per student, with all proceeds supporting children from historically disadvantaged backgrounds through dance so not only will your kids have fun, but you will be helping other families in the process.

The mall will make sure that all sanitising protocols are in place, masks mandatory and limited seating will be available for parents. The area is closed off with a fixed balustrade all the way around with only one entry and exit point.
