Cape hero feeds 30 000 in need

Each month Lead SA brought to you in partnership with Stratum cares asks you to nominatesomeone making a difference in your community.

This month Kamile Abbas, founder of Things on Wheels is the Lead SA hero for June.

Kamile founded the initiative 17 years ago after the birth of his nephew, who was paralyzed from the waist down. After witnessing the challenges and marginalisation of disabled people he took the path less traveled and set out to make a difference.

He unselfishly does for his fellow human being without ever asking why.
