On Tuesday 30 November, the Cart Horse Protection Association will host an 8-hour livestream to raise funds for abused and neglected horses that are currently stabled at their Recovery and Rehabilitation Centre (R&R) in Firlands, Gordon’s Bay.

The R&R has been operating since 2008 as a place of safety for horses that have been confiscated or signed over out of the carting industry. The centre currently houses 33 horses and they are expertly looked after by five grooms and Adoptions and Stable Yard Coordinator, Carmen Berry.
